22 homes are on the tour. 25 homes was the goal. All the questionnaires and waivers were received by the committee. Registration will be on City Island. Transportation will be available on City Island to Shipoke.
Goal is to grow the young professional population in the city. We would like more “homes for sale” are encouraged to participate. Cut off is end of the week to get on the tour. Photos will be taken of each home around April 25th. An email will go out to remind residents of the date. The brochure will go to print on May 1st. A walk through will happen the Friday night prior to the tour at 6 pm. Ads for the tour will be in Hbg Mag, Mode and Patriot News. A PDF file will go out to the neighborhood.
An after party will be held on City Island. GM will provide courtesy cars as shuttles. The bike taxi will be working that day as well. The time of the party is 5 – 8. The tour is 1 – 5. House managers will arrive at 10:30 am. Homeowners should be prepared by 10 am.
Concern was expressed that people under 21 would attend. The House Manager will be responsible for this matter.
